Santa's Cottage in north Oshawa is open by appointment from November 1 to December 23, 2026, with a few extra visits on December 26 and 27. Families book a visit with Santa and the Outdoor Gallery. There is no photographer: you take your own photos.

Tickets and prices
Every visit needs an appointment. Prices are for up to four people, plus HST and a booking fee. Bookings cannot be refunded.
Traditional visit: 15 minutes with Santa in his workshop and 15 minutes in the Outdoor Gallery, $80, then $20 for each extra person. These visits are sold out for 2026.
North Pole Pass: 30 minutes in Mrs. Claus' Bakery, a 15-minute private visit with Santa and 15 minutes in the gallery, $150, then $35 for each extra person.
Jingle Mingle: 5 minutes with Santa in his North Pole office and 25 minutes in the gallery, $70, then $17.50 for each extra person. When we checked, tickets were still open on some November evenings and on December 26 and 27.
Photos
You take all your own photos. You can bring your own photographer, who pays the standard admission.
Pets
Pets on a leash are welcome at no extra charge. Tell the cottage before your visit. Dogs and cats live on the property, so plan ahead if someone in your group has allergies.
Christmas Barn Market
The Christmas Barn Market is free and needs no ticket. The home page lists it open Friday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. between November 1 and December 23. The FAQ also lists Tuesday to Thursday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
