Tai Chi with Patrick Leung

Join senior instructor at Tai Chi Journey, Patrick Leung for an introductory session on tai chi!
The session will include warm up exercises, an introduction to the basic elements of tai chi, and learning the Yang Eight Tai Chi set.
All skill levels welcome! Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and bring a bottle of water.
Patrick Leung is the senior instructor for the Tai Chi Journey, where he teaches and guides students in tai chi, lok hup, and qigong. With decades of experience in both internal and external martial arts, Patrick combines his deep understanding of the roots of tai chi with a passion for helping students at all levels grow in their practice.
