Every new chapter in our lives begins with the decision to grow. This course is for anyone feeling trapped or lost, or seeking personal reinvention. Through reflective exercises, we’ll learn to release beliefs that no longer serve us, recognize patterns that keep us stuck, and clarify who we’re becoming. We’ll learn to embrace the uncertainty in our lives and create the groundwork for a life that feels meaningful, aligned, and intentional.

How to navigate the three phases of transformation - dissolution, transition, and emergence - with courage.
How to identify our values and passions.
Tools and techniques to help rewire negative thought patterns.
How to reshape our sense of self.
Self-compassion and how to make the most of our liminal space (the in-between and unknown).
