Simone Grant, RSSW, Psychotherapist (OCSWSSW) is the founder of Teen Wellness Studio, a teen focused mental health practice supporting teens and families across Ontario.
She works with teens experiencing anxiety, school stress, emotional overwhelm, and family challenges, helping them build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
Through Teen Wellness Studio, Simone provides individual therapy, family support, crisis support, and teen focused workshops, creating a space where teens feel seen, supported, and empowered.
